When it stops blinking, the console should boot up. If it continues blinking nonstop then probably the RGH install has areas for improving or upgrading. There's also a chance that your 360 hardware is calling it quits but I'd take a look at the RGH install first considering how cheap it was sold for. Had this problem before with an untested 360 i bought, it had the post_out wire disconnected from the chip for some reason. After reconnecting it the console booted right away ... The launch model of the Xbox 360 includes four lights in a ring around the power button, on the front face of the console. Green indicated normal operation, while red lights were used for error codes. Most famously, three red lights indicated a "general hardware failure". Microsoft did not reveal the full technical details of the problem until a 2021 documentary on the history of Xbox, though earlier independent investigations had correctly identified the issues with cracking high-lead C4 bumps inside the GPU, which connect the GPU die to its substrate interposer. A flashing red light means that the console is overheating, similar to the two-light error code on the original model Xbox 360; however, an on-screen message also appears, telling the user that the console will automatically power off to protect itself from overheating. A solid red light is similar to the one-light error if an "E XX" error message is displayed and a three-light error code if the error message is absent.

I didn’t know a lot about xbox360 insides so when I watched a video I saw they didn’t have that chip, but I don’t know a lot about mod chips so I took it off but it still wouldn’t turn on. I read stuff about flashing and whatever the modding subreddit had but I don’t know how to make my xbox 360 be “normal” again if you know what I mean. I found the xbox on the street so I don’t have anything, and I don’t know much about xbox so I have no clue about what a nand is😬. If I resolder do I have to flash anything or you just download some mod related things onto the xbox (wich may be difficult given that it won’t turn on with or without the mod chip) ... You could always send it to someone that knows more about it. or just buy another off marketplace or something. If needed I could help ... I do know someone that knows about these stuff. Man this got me thinking of a sick mod. Replace LEDs with red ones and have it light up every light except for the one designated for that player. Then it looks like RRoD. ...
