I'm new to Huawey devices, and i'm beginning to understand my Honor 10. My previous phone was a Oneplus 5T. The thing is i'm having a major issue with my Honor. The fingerprint reader doesn't work AT ALL. If i try to activate fingerprint security in settings, i get stuck on the screen "enroll fingerprint". Where is the 10s sensor? Is it on the back like 9 lite? Wife just got a case for her 9 lite and its proving very hard to get her fingerprint to work. It worked fine with the standard case that came with it. Just wondering if it's on the back and you also have a case.
