The enterprise printer market has moved beyond the standalone monochrome A3 hardware model. Hp

* A3 to A4 Shift: Organizations are replacing aging A3 machines with high-performance A4 MFPs (like the LaserJet Enterprise 5000/6000 series) that offer matching speeds (up to 57 ppm) but with an 80% reduction in cyberattack exposure. Hp

* Managed Services: 2026 trends favor Managed Print Services (MPS) and subscription-based "All-In" plans that bundle hardware, toner, and 24/7 support, moving away from the high CAPEX of purchasing legacy hardware. Hp
