Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2026 launch live: Z Fold 8 Ultra, Z Fold 8, Z Flip 8, and Galaxy Glasses, and everything that's been launched I'm not aware of any browsers which still get updates on Android 4 (Kiwi Browser requires Android 7+). I know of some browsers which still get updates on Android 5, if you can get the phone upgraded to that. However, even Android 5 would be extremely limited in what apps can be run. However, there is good news. According to Mohammed Huwais's article "List of Best Custom ROM for Samsung Galaxy Note 4": The Note 4 can be upgraded to Android 11 (via custom ROM). I doubt that phone will even support the modern Play Store. You could look into flashing a custom ROM based on a more recent version of Android -- check the forums at XDA-Developers.com for that. Personally, I wouldn't recommend using it, even if you did install a custom ROM, because there would still be significant security flaws that have not been patched.
