I tried reinstalling the drivers and all sorts of things. I downloaded the drivers for this sepcific motherboard but keep getting the following error message · "There are unauthorized Bluettoth adapters in your system. I found this and got around the problem by opening device manager when I received the error and disabling the 'Intel' bluetooth adapter and then hitting ok. It then proceeded with the install. Note this is for my realtek bluetooth dongle. ... Weird. Mine doesn't seem to wanna acknowledge it. I've disabled the thing and it still says "Unauthorized". You need to “disable” the motherboard Bluetooth -“intel”. Then install the drivers

It may be the signal from other bluetooth devices or your old Bluetooth from your computer that may not work, I will go to the Devise Manager and check if the Bluetooth Controller is on, in my case I had to disabled since it was from my old Bluetooth that didn't work, and once it was disabled Windows 10 recognize the new adapter and I was able to make it work. I had the same problem with a different brand. Like Oscar said, go to Device Manager and display your Bluetooth devices. I had one from Intel with a yellow error symbol next to it.

How to definitely remove/uninstall Bluetooh drivers in Windows 10?
