Overview of "Hafury 2" and Current Brand Status

As of late 2026, the specific phrase "Hafury 2" typically refers to two distinct phases of the brand's history:

1Legacy Generation: The Hafury GT20 and G20 (released circa 2020) were the brand's early attempts at budget smartphones under its parent company, Cubot Devicespecifications.
2Current Fashion Pivot: There is no current "V2" or "Meet 2" officially released yet. Instead, the brand has relaunched with a "Fashion-First" strategy led by the Hafury V1 and Hafury Meet Devicespecifications Hafury.

Key Product Insights (V1 & Meet Series)

Hafury has successfully carved out a niche as a "Smartphone-as-Jewelry" brand, prioritizing aesthetics over raw technical specifications Devicespecifications.

* Distinctive Hardware: The Hafury V1 features a unique 1.41-inch rear AMOLED display for notifications and camera previews, while the Hafury Meet offers a premium 120Hz Curved AMOLED screen usually found in higher-priced segments Notebookcheck Devicespecifications.

* Performance vs. Style: While the Meet uses the capable Helio G99 (AnTuTu ~400k+), the V1 relies on an older MT8788 chipset, leading to "style over substance" reviews where the laggy interface is offset by the "purse-style" cases and luxury gift boxes included in the packaging Notebookcheck Youtube.

* Affordable Luxury: Prices remain highly competitive, typically ranging between $150 and $220, targeting young women who want a high-fashion aesthetic without the flagship price tag Devicespecifications Youtube.

Market Trends & Future Outlook

* The Unboxing Economy: Hafury’s strongest trend is the "Extended Gift Box" experience. By including designer-style phone protectors, cardholders, and even scented cards, they differentiate themselves on B2C platforms like Shein and AliExpress where visual appeal is paramount Devicespecifications Notebookcheck.

* Niche Targeting: Unlike mainstream brands (Samsung, Xiaomi) that focus on general performance, Hafury is doubling down on female-centric functional fashion. Future "2" series models are expected to lean further into this by integrating more "tech-accessory" features, such as improved dual-screen functionality or integrated cosmetic mirrors Hafury Devicespecifications.

* Connectivity Gaps: A major market pain point remains the lack of 5G in their current lineup, which may be the primary upgrade path for a future "2" generation to remain relevant in 2026-2027 Notebookcheck-Ru Notebookcheck.

For those looking to source these devices, they are primarily manufactured in Shenzhen by Cubot's parent entities, with high availability for wholesale on platforms like Alibaba.com Devicespecifications.
